Masaki's Auto Repair

Outstanding customer service and work. Highly recommend. Just moved to island and I already know why so many trust Masaki’s with their vehicles-because these folks are dependable. I’m grateful I found a reliable auto repair shop. When I needed a diagnostic on a vehicle purchase, same day, they found a moment before closing to discuss what needed to be done. They even told me what was worth repairing, and then what was not worth repairing. Further, I left, being told to come back if I find a car I like and they’ll check it out for me again. Thank you again.

I started to go to Masaki’s because of the location but now I love the people. Everyone is nice to me. I don’t know a lot about cars, but they don’t talk down to me. They are friendly and patient.

Excellent place to get your vehicle's annual safety check. Takes about 10 minutes. They take appointments at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.

Not only do they care about their customers experience, they are transparent about the repairs , give realistic options, and are super fast about everything. My AC recently went out in my car which we all know sucks here in Hawaii. They gave me a quote for the repairs and told me it would take 3-4 days to get the job done. It was a big job that required a lot of work. To my surprise their team schedule the repair, got parts in, and finished the job on the same day! If you’re lo…
