Bavarian Motor Experts

I needed assistance procuring a reflector for my 5 series. I emailed the store and got a response from Leif within 24 hours. He was incredibly friendly both via email providing updates on my order and in-person. When I came into the shop, we found that the part he received did not fit in the bumper slot, but he went the extra mile and cut an additional hole into the bumper slot to allow the reflector to fit. An overall successful experience and I will certainly be returning in the future.

BME provides excellent service on my 2016 MBZ E400. Switched from Mercedes Benz of Honolulu. Easier to make appointments, quality parts, and a lot less expensive.

Landon helped get me sorted & out the door in a seamless and painless experience. I would highly recommend Bavarian Motor Experts. 6/5

Leif and Layden have been taking care of all of my European cars for years. In the earlier years I would shop around for prices and opinions from dealerships and other 3rd party shops. They have by far been the most honest and reasonably priced BMW and Mercedes Benz shop. They will personally handle your service job and keep you updated at all times. I’m so glad to have found them many years ago and I’ll continue to trust them in the years to come!

I recently relocated to Hawaii and was advised to visit this establishment for vehicle maintenance services. I must commend their exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail in servicing and maintaining my vehicle. As a discerning individual, I am highly selective about who handles my vehicle, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work thus far. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and professional vehicle maintenance.
