Mercedes-Benz of Honolulu Service & Auto Parts

Great service. Overall the staff was great, responsive, and friendly. Drew was my service manager - great guy. Took me in on short notice and managed to not only handle my tire valve but also had the brake hydraulics done as well by the next morning. Would strongly recommend Drew Kobayashi if you can. Provided first class service and went above and beyond with such a busy day for them. Reminded me why it is great to have purchased my car here so long ago.

Best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Greg is outstanding and did not waste a single second of my time.

Craig provided outstanding service. He kept me informed on how my car is getting done and if needed why the work was delayed one additional day. Outstanding service and always helpful!!!!

Big thanks to Jeff for taking great care of my car during service! He was super easy to work with—kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process really smooth. I also really appreciated the courtesy loaner car—it made things so much easier while mine was in the shop. Car’s running great now.

As our lease was ending we had an appointment with Angela Martinez to review our options. With Angie’s expertise we decided to go home with 2 2025 GLA250. Angie gave us great Customer Service and continues to service us when we need assistance. We’re very satisfied with the service we received. Thank you Angie!
